- Para la preparación de la carne se mezclan todos los ingredientes en un bowl, salsas, mostaza, cebolla picada, perejil picado, yogurt, pan molido consomé y pimienta. Si no le quieren echar yogurt lo pueden cambiar por 2 huevos y listo, lo que pasa es que con el yogurt queda la carne mucho más suave. Pero antes de porcionarla hay que checar con una bolita chiquita a ponerla a que se guise por si no le falto sabor, si quedo a su gusto entonces listo a porcionarla y ponerla en la plancha o sartén.
- Para el guiso gratinado se tiran en una plancha o sartén con mantequilla, el tocino picado de ahí 1 cebolla blanca en rebanadas, de ahí el champiñón rebanado y ya que se vaya a servir en la hamburguesa se le tira el queso rallado para que sea más rápido el gratinado
- Para el montaje se pone el pan sobre la plancha o sartén engrasado con mantequilla, una vez dorado se saca se le unta mayonesa, se le ponen 2 hojas de lechuga, 2 rodajas de tomate, se monta la carne ya guisada y encima el guiso gratinado y por un lado las papas en gajo ya sean naturales o adobadas.
