- Mientras, pondremos a hervir agua en una olla y una vez comience a hervir, añadiremos la pasta con una pizca de sal y una gotita de aceite. Dejaremos hervir según indicaciones de la pasta. En este caso, entre 6-8 minutos. Escurriremos el agua una vez terminado el tiempo y reservaremos


- Volvemos a la sartén y picamos los ajos, añadimos la cayena (yo la puse entera), el pimentón (1 cucharadita), troceamos los champiñones y los añadiremos a la sartén para cocinar durante otros 5 minutitos.
- Añadir entonces las bocas de mar. Cocinar 3 minutitos aprox y verteremos el vino (Yo añadí una taza de café de vino) y debátenos evaporar el alcohol durante unos 8-10 minutitos. Probaremos de sal


- Finalmente, mezclaremos la pasta con el resto del sofrito y listo !!
