Agregar el queso rallado y llevar a fuego moderado, revolviendo de a ratos para que no se pegue. Por último, agregar los champiñones. Reservar.
  5. En una olla colocar abundante agua y llevar al fuego hasta que hierva. Agregar los ñoquis, moverlos con una cuchara de madera o espumadera y esperar hasta que suban.
